Show and Tell from July GM

At the July general meeting we had some interesting demos by guild members and some great show and tell.
Deb has been busy.  She finished a fall quilt, which Teresa quilted

and she finished her paper-pieced quilt from Deb Karasik’s workshop.  Looks terrific!

Clara finished a “Galaxy Stars” quilt from Anita Bowen’s class.

Jane showed another cute baby quilt that she made.

Vicki finished her Glyeen Fitzgerald mystery quilt called “Garden of Eden”.  You can find more info about the pattern on Glyeen’s website

Jolene showed this lovely top to get some quilting advice.

New member Kim displayed a variety of her items from clutches to wall hangings.

Frances finished this large t-shirt quilt as a gift.

Teresa showed 2 handbags made using a new wrapped cording technique.   She may demo the technique at a later time.

Mary Lou share this lovely quilt.

Joan had a display of the finished fabric books for the Zimbabwe women’s class.  She said a special thank you to all who donated fabric and worked on the project.
