September's Guild meeting was a great success with a silent auction and refreshments provided by the board.
The purple paisley handbag was a much fought over item which Marti won in the end.
Handbags, neck pillows, tea cozy with teapot and an ironing caddy.
While the bids were being counted we had Show and Tell.  Here is just a sample of some of the great items our members have been working on:
Jan has completed another top that will be a wedding gift for a lucky couple.

Mary showed a cute naptime mat with pillow and blanket attached that she has made for her granddaughter, Zoie, to take to daycare.  Many wanted the pattern which can be found in book "Curiosities & Mischief" by Nancy Halvorson athe website www.arttoheart.com

Zohra shared with us how she recycles threads and lampshades as well as her handbag she made from a much loved jacket that she had done using decorative stitches on her machine.
